In her current role, Sarah serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Ensemble Heath, a rapidly growing healthcare and physician revenue cycle company known for its unique personality and amazing ability to deliver exceptional results to their clients. Before continuing her career at Ensemble, Sarah served in many operational leadership roles for HealthCare Providers; Financial Analyst, Central Scheduling Supervisor, Epic EMR Project Manager, Business Office Director, Revenue Cycle Director, Vice President of Revenue Cycle.

Upon becoming a widow at the age of 31, Sarah used the life-altering experience to help shape and craft the way she looks at life, love, people and leadership. For the last ten years, she has studied and explored all aspects of leadership through personal development and formal leadership education. She now uses her passion for leadership and love of learning to lead change, mentor others and help each person reach their fullest potential. Most recently, Sarah assisted a friend in the creation of a leadership book series titled “Live Better, Lead Differently”. She is now re-married with two grown boys and happily lives in Cincinnati.
