Britney Ruby Miller is President of Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment, Cincinnati’s preeminent restaurant group which manages a portfolio of high end steakhouses widely regarded as among the best in the nation. She heads an organization of 700 team members across 7 fine dining steakhouses in Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee. Britney learned the intricacies of the hospitality industry at the knee of her father, restaurateur Jeff Ruby, whose first steakhouse – The Precinct – launched just one year before she was born. As he opened new restaurants in the following years, she held nearly every position in the company.

Leading a successful organization is important to her, but perhaps one of her most impactful roles is helping people become better versions of themselves through the unbelievable generosity of her spirit, intelligence, and time. This is most obvious in the development and launch of one of her family’s top endeavors, The Jeff Ruby Foundation. The Foundation’s goal is to alleviate many of the root causes that drive larger systemic issues like poverty, homelessness, and hunger, we have set our sights on fundamentally improving the outcomes for everyone involved in the current foster care system. Currently, Britney lives in Cincinnati with her husband Caleb where they are raising four children.
