Dora joined Greater Cincinnati Foundation (GCF) in March 2016 and serves as the Chief Operating Officer. She assists the CEO in providing leadership and vision for GCF. Her day to day management efforts ensure that GCF effectively accomplishes its mission, strategy and develops a high performing work culture. She is also responsible for ensuring the organization has the proper operational controls, reporting procedures, people and systems in place to effectively grow and promote operational efficiency.

Previously, Dora was Senior Vice President of the Health Collaborative where she managed large scale healthcare improvement initiatives for diverse groups of stakeholders working together toward defined common goals.

SANJAY SHEWAKRAMANI

Dr. Sanjay Shewakramani lives in Cincinnati, OH. He has been practicing emergency medicine for 17 years, and serves as president and CEO of Revive Strength & Wellness, which specializes in personalized coaching to maximize growth in life and fitness.

RENEE SEWARD

Reneé is an Associate Professor and Program Coordinator of the Communication Design program at the University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning. In 2002, she graduated from that graphic design program; she received her masters from North Carolina State in 2008.

Reneé has been teaching typography, exhibition design, and graphic design since 2009. Her research focuses on the development of digital and physical tools addressing literacy problems in our society. Currently, she runs a company selling her reading tool, See Words Reading®. The impetus for See Words stems from a friend’s child whose reading struggle was due to the layout of letters on the page. Reneé is a Cincy Innovates winner, and recently was acknowledged as a Rising Tech star by ComSpark, awarded the Business Courier's Best Software of the Year, and the University of Cincinnati Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year. Additionally, she is a part of a research team that was awarded $3 million grant from the National Institute of Deafness and Other Communication Disorders, to develop a tool to help correct childhood speech problems.

KENT WELLINGTON

Kent Wellington has been an attorney at the Graydon firm in Cincinnati, Ohio for almost 30 years. He is a founder and board chair of the Karen Wellington Foundation for LIVING with Breast Cancer for the past 13 years. And has been a leader and mentor in the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative’s inner city Saturday Hoops program for the past 16 years. Kent, his daughter Angeline (23) and son Robby (25) are all big Ohio State football fans.

THE SOLE BROS

Sole Bros Inc. is a 501C3 Non-profit Corporation founded in 2015 when the founding members were in 8th grade. Since that time, Sole Bros Inc. has collected and distributed over 6,000 pairs of quality sneakers to youth in Kingston Jamaica, Montego Bay Jamaica, The Volta Region of Ghana, Houston Texas, Beaumont Texas as well as in our hometown, Cincinnati, Ohio through the Sole Bro Sneaker Closets!

We have also written and published a Children's Book called "Sole Bros Change the World". We have hosted Warm4theWinter513 which made sure that 100s of Greater Cincinnati residents had warm coats and boots in the bitterly cold winter months. We have represented our brand, our families and our supporters all over the World!

Kellen Newman - Kellen Newman is a founder of SoleBros Inc. He is 18 years old and recently graduated from St. Xavier High School. Kellen will be attending Butler University, where he is committed to play football. Curtis will be studying Entrepreneurship and Innovation while meeting Pre-Ames requisites.

Curtis Harrison - Curtis Harrison IV is a founder of Sole Bros. He is 17 years old and graduated from The Seven Hills High School. Curtis will be reclassing to the class of 2021 and will attend Miami University on a basketball scholarship to study business.

Breiland Anderson - Breiland Anderson is a board member of Sole Bros. He is 18 years old and graduated from Lakota West High School. Breiland will be attending The University of Cincinnati to study biology. Breiland will eventually attend a dentistry school to become an orthodontist.

Spencer Boyd - Spencer Boyd is one of the founders of Sole Bros Inc. He is 17 years old and a graduated senior from The Seven Hills School. Spencer will be attending Depauw University in the Fall to study economics management and will be a member of the men's swimming team.
