Alanna Martella

Alanna is a multi-Emmy winning morning news personality at WLWT-TV (Channel 5) here in Cincinnati, Ohio—which just so happens to be her hometown! She’s also a keynote speaker and a certified yoga instructor.

She takes pride in the body-mind connection and knows there is something bigger in the universe than all of us. She wants to share with the world the difference between “not dying” and “truly living”, and the importance of living life to the fullest — concepts in which she knows firsthand, for she actually died during a medical emergency. It was in her moment of death and the long recovery that followed in which her lens on life shifted, lifting the blinders of a sheltered, repetitive life, and opening her perspective to a life of endless possibility and joy. Add in a 200-hour yoga teacher training, and her life was changed even more tremendously, learning to value fulfillment over money, and joy and love over hatred and angst.

Dinushki (Dee) De Livera and Hunter Pasek

We're Hunter and Dee, two data geeks that have a huge passion for food and this city. Dee, who was born and raised in Sri Lanka, moved to the states to attend the University of Cincinnati where she met her fiance, Hunter, a Northern Kentucky native

During the day, we work in the corporate world as a software programmer analyst (Hunter) and a data analyst (Dee). We started @forkcincinnati to share our love for food, restaurants and other events going on around the city. We particularly like promoting small businesses and doing fun giveaways to give back to our community.

Nicki Bruckmann

Nicki Bruckmann is founder and CEO of Explorer Chick - a adventure travel tour company that empowers women in outdoors with challenging itineraries, uncommon travel experiences, a supportive community, and endless SHE-nanigans.

She did that whole Adult thing for a while - bought a house, got married, worked a promising corporate career. Turns out she didn't fit that mold very well, so she broke that American Dream in 2014 with a divorce and then tapped back into her curious, explorer roots by launching Explorer Chick with next to nothing but a crazy idea, blind/ignorant ambition, grit, and sheer determination. She’s hiked in over 40 states, high pointed 36 of them, explored 5 continents and over 15 countries. Her second home is Gertrude – her camper van that occasionally needs a hour long tow from remote locations with spotty cell service.

Molly Villari

My name is Molly Villari and I’m a Cincinnati native born on the west side, best side! I work as a pediatric float nurse, and author the lifestyle blog “See Molly Blog” where I share all the things I love to see, eat, do, drink, wear and experience with my followers. When I’m not working, blogging, or doing school work to finish up my MBA I love spending time with my husband and family, catching up with friends over brunch, and playing with my pup Dash. I truly believe that with a little coffee, and a lot of hard work and kindness we can accomplish anything we set our minds and hearts to!
